This information is included in our syndicate selections to help you make informed choices on your selected beef

We pride ourselves in using the whole cow. You will find unique options within the syndicate to ensure we honor the entire animal
How it Works
Chose your tag number based on age, genetics, marbling and dry age time
Chose how many 1/4 shares you would like to reserve
Once you have reserved your share, you will receive a form to fill out for your custom cut choices. When you submit your form, we will calculate your final cost including shipping
You will receive updates on the progress of your syndicated beef from feedlot to packaging
What You Get
Each 1/4 share includes 100 lbs of USDA Certified hand cut premium meat, custom cut, packaged and flash frozen. Your final price will range from $1,000-$1,300 based on custom selections and dry aging options. Your reservation deposit will be applied to your final price. Shipping is not included but will be quoted with your final price. You will need 9-12 cubic feet of freezer space for a 1/4 share.
Steaks cut in one of two ways: Trodaire Standard (1.25”-1.5”) or Trodaire Premium (1.5”-2”) including filet mignon, ribeye, new york strip, sirloin, and skirt steaks.
Roasts cut into roasts, steaks or ground
Two options of burger: 85% lean standard or 90% lean Power Grind, a propriatory blend of lean meats and nutrient dense organ meat either in 1 lb packages or patty packs
Other cuts such as ribs, short ribs, brisket and stew meat
Add ons including: beef franks, organ meat (heart, liver, tongue), oxtail, Power Sticks, Best Friend Blend, soup bones & marrow bones
