Roasts *

Chose how you would like your roast meat cut and packaged. If you chose ground, this will be in addition to the ground beef choices below. You will receive approximately 20 lbs of roasts.

All Roasts (5 3-4 lb roasts)

Ground Beef *

This is in addition to the ground beef choice above in the Roast section. Two options for ground beef are: Premium 85% lean ground beef in 1 lb packs or 4 patty packs or 90% lean Power Grind blended with nutrient dense organ meat in 1 lb packs only. Butcher's Mix will be an assortment of standard ground in packs and patties and Power Grind in packs.
